Returns may be made via mail or in-store. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition (with tags still attached) may be returned with your receipt up to 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund. We will offer store credit or exchange for all non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All store credits will issued in the form of an Uptown Kids or Candy gift card. All gift returns will be for store credit only with no cash refunds available.
Items that cannot be returned:
Sale items, holiday items, accessories, furniture, gear, opened candy or toys and other products shipped via freight, and anything not in the original packaging unless you received a defective or damaged product, less shipping expenses.
